More Distance

Kelly Stenzel’s main advice before you try to gain more distance is to have a sound swing with good fundamentals. After that you are able to focus on generating more speed in your swing which will in turn give the extra distance.  Kelly goes over what she calls the “swoosh drill” which involves turning the club upside down in order to practice swinging faster and getting the “swoosh” sound from the club. The higher pitched you can get it, the faster you are swinging.
