The idea came to him when he saw an Office Max closing in North Scottdale and thought it would be the perfect location for an indoor 18-hole putting course. PJ’s overall objective was to turn putting into a recognized sport, separate from traditional golf.

When PJ first conceptualized the World Putting Tour, he didn’t even consider mini golf. His focus was on creating a competitive environment for serious putters. The goal was to have Putting World locations in major metropolitan cities with a golf-centric atmosphere. The competition piece is what sets them apart and attracts top-notch players.

Every month, Putting World hosts a $30,000 purse tournament, with a guaranteed $100,000 purse on March 16 and 17, 2024. The aim is to grow and become the biggest sport in the world.
