Barney Adams

I enjoyed this interview from last fall with golf equipment legend Barney Adams. For those who don’t know, his Tight Lies Fairway woods at Adams Golf pretty much changed golf for many golfers at the time. He is doing some great work, in his 80s, with Breakthrough Golf Technology (breakthroughgolftech.com). I’ve been very impressed with his new, dynamic Paradox Putters. Link to interview in comments. Please watch, like and subscribe to Youtube.com/golflife! Paradox Putters Designed For The Motion That Matters Zero-torque and face balance only describe how a putter behaves at rest—but putting happens in motion. Paradox is Swing Balanced to stay stable throughout the entire stroke, delivering truer roll, tighter start lines, and consistency you can count on. This is the new Paradox Putter line from BGT Breakthrough Golf: Where Innovation Meets Performance Located in the heart of Texas—a state steeped in golf tradition—Breakthrough Golf is redefining what performance means in the modern game. So we engineered a solution: a patented putter shaft that eliminates that unwanted flex while preserving the classic feel of steel. It took two years to perfect....
