Tim Conaway: Finding a New Instructor We caught up with Tim Conaway, he is the Lead Instructor at the Conaway Golf Academy in Florida, to get his advice on finding an instructor for the first time or finding a new instructor. We sit down with Tim to get his thoughts on what you should expect, look for, and what the typical first lesson will look like! What is the Academy? Tim explained that the academy is gearing up for their winter season, which is the busiest time of the year. The weather stays in the 70’s so everyone is heading there to play and take lessons. The care for their guests is the most important thing and comes into play when they bring in instructors.
