Let's hear from Tim Moran of Fat Rides. Fat Ride's been around since 2017. What we've learned is the customers want to have an experience that's safe. They want to have an experience where they have service and they wanna have an experience that's supported. So Fat's been really working here for the last, going into six years to ensure that our customers get the best experience on a fat. The baby behind us is the new explorer, the Fat Explorer. It's for those individuals that are looking to travel off road, out in the wilderness, the mountains, the desert, even hard pack sand, and it's just got that real kind of aggressive look and it's definitely a fat. In golf, we've learned that we needed a unit that had a governor on it. So now it wasn't a problem of getting up a hill on a fat, it was the problem was coming down. So we now have fixed that problem in golf, but along the way, we've learned safety. All fats that leave the line are are hand assembled here in Arizona. And basically what we do is we ensure that it is the best and safest ride that you can have. The weight of an average golf cart is 650 pounds without the battery. When you add the battery, it's over a thousand pounds. A fully loaded fat scooter is just over 228 pounds. The reality is the fat is about a third. The wear and tear on a golf course of a golf cart and two riders. Think about the benefits within your golf community. We've seen in many golf communities where they've engaged with fat and it has really helped the community around the golf course. When you look at Pine Canyon, the golf course started with eight units. They now have over 200 in the community. Think about the benefits of the agronomy of the golf course, all the amenities that are being used around the club, and they're not using their cars within the community. Because of Pine Canyon's foresight of putting eight units on their golf course, they've had 200 units in their community, which benefits the whole experience at Pine Canyon that would welcome that experience to share with you the best practices to make your community, your golf center as successful as Pine Canyon.
