Welcome back to Golf Life. I am joined by an Olympian, actually, which is awesome. Ernest Wiggins II and Bruce Berryman. They have the league here in Orlando. And you guys, uh, train Chris Johnson. I know. And a lot of other amazing athletes here in the Orlando area. Sir, tell us about what you guys do. Well, we bring, well, with my case I took track and field and brought it to the world of golf. Yeah. Tennis and all other sports. So teaching athletes one, how to get to that next level through the mindset and of course being more explosive, powerful. And of course, durability. You were in the Greece Olympics, uh, and so you might know a few things about speed, I guess A little bit. So I was blessed enough to be on a 2004, four by 100 relay team. That's awesome. And I tell you what, man, it comes fast, you know, and that experience experience was, was awesome. It was wonderful. But it also helped me have that knowledge to help these athletes make it to the next level. Bruce, what is it that, uh, guys like myself, 'cause I know that if you have a good golf swing yes. Um, you can't get better at golf or really enjoy the game more if you don't have speed, right? Correct. And, and fitness. Correct. Correct. So one of the things that we really, really focus on is a lot of functional training. So stability, power, flexibility, or are one of the things that we, we definitely focus on. And we start with the basics of looking at where you are and we want to take you to where, where you need to go. And, and so what kind of stuff did, did you see here that you think the average guy could maybe take a look at that you liked, um, that could help them with some of these concepts that we're talking about? So when it comes to speed, I, I went and checked out the stack speed. Oh yeah. Sticks. Those things are phenomenal. Yeah. You like that? Uh, I did, I did. So one of the things that they're doing now with the AI system built in that actually customized their programs to wherever you are, so phenomenal. That was cool. What about yourself? So one thing in all sports, the most important thing is warming up properly. So we were also able to find golf forever. Training system. Yeah. Yeah. I love that system because one, you could take it anywhere, whether you're an amateur or professional, you could take this resistance band system and attach it to a golf cart, a tree, or even a golf bag and use it properly. Anything else that really stood out? I know you were talking about recovery and that type of stuff, right? Well, One of the things that I saw was the techno gym Kinesis wall. Okay. So it really focused on a lot of functional training. So being able to train 360 degrees. So this wall was very smooth and it had so much power you could use as well. So tell us briefly about the league and how you guys help athletes here. Well, one thing we do is we start 'em young. Yeah. If they are young. Okay. And if they're professional, we have them, you know, have long-term durability and get to that winning edge again, helping 'em be able to play at that optimum level longer. And we were talking about one thing earlier about recovery, which is very important to a lot of athletes. Yeah. There was a piece of equipment here. Nike teamed up with hype Rise, the recovery boot. Uhhuh, I have to speak on this because myself, I actually tore my Achilles in 2016 sprinting. Yep. And I know in golf there's problems with ankle arches. Your calves, your lower back. Elbows. Elbows. Exactly. So one thing you wanna be able to do is recover properly. So yes, we want to train at the optimum level, but yes, also recover. And then at the end of the day, it's the mindset of the athlete, right? You want athletes to stay confident, poised, and knowing they can win at any time, in any weather, no matter what. And that's what our training is all about. It's not about just the gen generic training, it's about what's going on with the mindset. Yeah. We can step in any playing field, whether it's football, basketball, tennis, and golf, and we can win. And that's what we have been doing this year. So I know an athlete, he, he, he wrestled in college and now he's older and maybe he could get some training. You, you think, you think that guy might Yeah, definitely. He definitely need a little training, you know. Yes. He definitely get the come over. I always say Is, come on over, I'll make sure that Cadillac can still run a, we're Gonna do some remote training from Colorado to Orlando. I love you guys have been amazing. Tell me just briefly, what's your golf life? My golf life is, I try to get out on Fridays. I do a half day on Fridays and get out, get out and play. And then I'm, I'm, I'm training during the week. That's Brilliant. And your golf life. Have you Ever seen Happy Gilmore? There you go. That's awesome. That's awesome. I Orlando's happy Gilmore. Oh, That's, that's great. Well, shooter maga, watch out. He's out there. There you go. Coming out to you guys. Well thanks for all your time. I really enjoy guys. Thank you. You, You guys are awesome. Absolutely.
