Week five. So now what are we talking about? Well, week five is going to be about how to get your arms to work correctly relative to your body. What do I mean by that? Everybody wants more speed. Here's the problem. The industry talks about all this rotation and how you get here, and that it's just about rotating. Well, not really. See, there's a braking system that has to take place for your arms to accelerate to create speed. So there isn't one player out there that goes back and gets to the top and starts down, and then their chest just keeps rotating. It doesn't happen. There's guys that feel that, but when you slow it down, that's not what they do. Because to get the club head going faster, it's like snapping a towel. There has to be a break that accelerates the outside. If I was going to snap a towel, and I just kept my arm going, the towel wouldn't snap. It wouldn't matter how fast I moved my arm. But if I all of a sudden go pow, it snaps. So every single player, by the time they get right here in their downswing, from there and to the ball and past, their arms go significantly faster than their shoulders. In fact, their shoulders come to a stop. A lot of them, their hips actually reverse directions. Rory's hips go this way, and then they reverse directions as he's going through the ball. So all this rotation thing might help you get your arms started, but if it keeps going, you're in trouble. So you have to feel what it feels like for your arms to accelerate. Now, let's talk about throwing a ball for a minute, because here's where I see most…
