Grant Fuhr was a Canadian hockey goaltender in the National Hockey League and a former goaltending coach for the Phoenix Coyotes. During his time in the league, Fuhr won a total of five Stanley Cups and was a six-time All-Star. In 2017 he was named to the Top 100 Greatest NHL Players’ in History List  and sent a number of first for black hockey players in the NHL. After hockey Grant and his wife Lisa started the Grant Fuhr Foundation in 2019, a non-profit organization, supporting the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in an effort to help story alcohol and opioid addictions.

THE GRANT FUHR CELEBRITY INVITATIONAL

This year was the 2nd Annual Grant Fuhr Celebrity Invitational, held at the beautiful Desert Willow Golf Club in Palm Desert, CA. Just like last year, this event was jam packed with celebrities on all kinds. They were all there to support Grant and his efforts to bringing awareness to alcohol and drug addiction.
