Bill Murray: A Caddyshack-Themed Grill
From sports, to Hollywood, to musician, there are truly only a few people who can be labeled “legend”. Bill Murray is one of them. Bill Murray has transcended the entertainment game not just in the movie theaters, but also in real life. The hardcore Cubs fan (and avid golfer) is bringing his level of entertainment to the city of Chicago. Murray and his brothers are set to open a new Caddyshack-themed grill in Chicago.
According to the reports by the Daily Herald, Bill Murray and his bros have agreed to an 11,000 square-foot venue just inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which is just 13 miles away from the famous Wrigley Field. Back in 2001, Murray and his bros opened “Murray Bros. Caddyshack” in St. Augustine, FL (which is where the Golf Hall of Fame is).
Little did you know, Murray and his five brothers have done a lot, and I mean A LOT, for the game of golf. But, in 2015, they were inducted into the Westen Golf Association’s Caddie Hall of Fame. Growing up as kids, the Murray’s were caddies at the Indian Hill Golf Club in Illinois. This is what ultimately inspired the AMAZING film we call Caddyshack.
When a companies tagline is “Eat, Drink and be Murray”, you know that place is going to be LEGENDARY! WE CAN’T WAIT![/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
