PGA TOUR Star Jordan Spieth Talks Competition in Golf

Jordan Spieth is coming off one of the best years the game of golf has seen since Tiger Woods. In 2015 Spieth was the winner of two major championships, the U.S. Open and the Masters, the Fed-Ex Championship and other PGA Tour Wins he can add to his resume. The one thing that Jordan prides himself on is competition. Golf Life had the opportunity to chat with Jordan and asked what his advice would be for the younger golfers who want to start competing in golf at higher levels.

Among the many attributes Jordan expresses, learning and studying from other players, not just in the game of golf but all sports, is really what has made him great the last couple of years. He wants the younger players to look up to him so they can become just as good or better than him in the future. Playing as many sports as you can when you are young is very important to Spieth. Learning how to become a teammate and learning how to excel at other sports will help with your athleticism and that athleticism will translate into becoming a better golfer.  Listen to the whole segment and find out what competition in golf really means to Jordan Spieth!
